Dr. Felicia LaBoy is a pastor, storyteller, author, life and leadership coach, and reinvention strategist dedicated to helping children and families grow in faith, confidence, kindness, and belonging.

Through Orchestrated Creative and KinFolk Faith Co., she creates warm, faith-centered books and resources designed to help children feel seen, valued, deeply loved, and connected to God.

Inspired by almost 30 years of ministry, leadership, coaching, and community engagement, her work blends faith, imagination, encouragement, and representation to create stories that nurture both hearts and minds.

When she’s not writing or creating, Dr. LaBoy serves as a speaker, coach, and reinvention strategist helping individuals, leaders, ministries, and organizations rediscover purpose, navigate change, and become their best selves through her work at drfelicialaboy.com.

Every Child Deserves to Feel Seen

At the heart of these stories is a simple belief: every child deserves to know they are loved, valued, and fully welcomed in the family of God — not in spite of who they are, but as God created them to be.

Through diverse characters, cultures, experiences, and expressions of joy, courage, creativity, and faith, these resources celebrate the beauty of the Body of Christ — where every person brings something meaningful and needed.

Inspired by the vision of community found throughout Scripture, especially in 1 Corinthians 12, this work reflects the belief that our differences are not obstacles to belonging, but are a vital and necessary part of how we learn, grow, love, and reflect God more fully together.

These stories are created to help children see themselves, honor others, and discover that there is room for every voice, every story, and every child within God’s love.

People should not have to erase who God made them to be in order to belong.
